We offer two primary categories of services: College Admissions/Academic Guidance and Career Coaching.

Academic Guidance

We help high school students who want to attend a selective or “hard to get into” Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program achieve their goal.

We also help students who want to attend graduate school at a selective Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program achieve their goal.

We recognize that each student is a unique and tailor an approach to help each student.

For example, a student with an extensive art background may need our help identifying colleges that would be a “good fit” for them. On the other hand, a talented student who has but only a few portfolio pieces, would benefit from working with us to develop the additional work necessary for a strong portfolio.

We work with beginning and experienced graphic designers to help them maximize their potential and achieve their personal career goals.

This might, for example, involve helping a new graduate who has been unable to find a job. Our work would involve helping to improve any problems with their portfolio and/or to strengthen any weaknesses in their fundamental skills.

When working with a more experienced designer, we assess their interests, abilities, and goals as a first step to helping them chart a path to a more satisfying career. We assess where the individual is currently in their career and develop a plan to help them reach their goals. Additional coursework and/or tutoring may be necessary to develop requisite skills and portfolio.

Fees

Our services are billed at a rate of $85 per hour. An initial consultation during which our services are outlined is offered without cost.
